Perfectly caramelized and ready in less than 10 minutes, this recipe is ideal for busy weeknights or a healthy, fuss-free dinner. Pair it with air-fried vegetables, rice, or quinoa for a balanced and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (58 oz. each)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced)

Optional Garnishes:

  • Black or white sesame seeds
  • Sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce:
    • Combine honey, soy sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl. Stir to mix. Divide the sauce into two portions.
  2. Marinate the Salmon:
    • Marinate the salmon fillets with half of the sauce in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, run it for 5 minutes at 400°F.
  4. Cook the Salmon:
    • Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer and baste with the remaining marinade.
    • Air fry for 7–8 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets.
  5. Serve:
    • Drizzle the cooked salmon with the reserved sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
