Instructions
- Prepare the Bananas:
- Peel and cut the bananas into small pieces. Mash them in a medium-sized bowl using a fork until smooth.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- Beat the egg with a fork and add it to the mashed bananas. Mix well.
- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- Add baking soda, sugar, melted butter, vanilla essence, and cinnamon (if using) to the banana mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Incorporate Flour:
- Gradually add the flour to the mixture, stirring until just combined. Avoid overmixing to ensure a soft texture.
