Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Pan:
- Lightly mist a silicone muffin pan with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend the Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to create a fine, even batter.
- Fill the Muffin Cups:
