- 8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel to help the skin crisp during baking.
