- 3 ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/2 cups)

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Pan:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and mashed bananas until smooth.
- Combine Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Prepare the Batter:
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the flour-coated blueberries.
- Bake the Bread:
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Press a few extra blueberries on top for decoration if desired.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If the top browns too quickly, tent with aluminum foil.
- Cool and Serve:
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
