Ingredients

  • 12 oz fettuccine or your favorite pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon zest (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring it to a simmer. Allow it to reduce by half.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Gently fold in the cooked lobster and the drained pasta, tossing everything to coat evenly in the creamy sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and optional lemon zest. Serve immediately.
