  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it into small pieces, and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
