- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
