- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp dried oregano

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese (optional, for topping)

- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). - Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well incorporated.
- Add Milk:
- Pour in the milk and mix until the mixture is smooth and evenly moistened.
- Shape the Meatloaves:
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into mini loaves.
- Place the loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
- Drizzle with Olive Oil:
- Drizzle the tops of the loaves with olive oil to create a golden, crispy crust.
- Bake:
- Bake the meatloaves in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- If using mozzarella cheese, sprinkle it on top of the loaves during the last 5 minutes of baking.
