- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger to create the glaze.
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the salmon fillets skin-side down (if using skin-on) for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
- Flip the salmon and cook for another 2 minutes, then pour the honey glaze over the fillets.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven, spoon the glaze from the pan over the salmon, and garnish with parsley or lemon slices if desired.
